Summary

Service Administrator – West Essex Quadrant 36.25 hours based in the Spangles Family Hub – Stansted.

The Essex Child and Family Wellbeing Service (ECFWS) is a partnership between Barnardo's and HCRG providing an integrated 0-19 (SEND 25) early intervention service.

Barnardo's are seeking a Service Administrator to join our West Essex Team. In West Essex there are six Healthy Family Teams that cover Harlow, Epping and Uttlesford.

If you are a highly organised individual with sound administration and communication skills and with the ability to work in a team environment and on own initiative, then this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities include:

Provide Business Admin Support to ensure business & finance processes are fulfilled for both Barnardo's and HCRG Care Group.
Lead for training in West Essex – including arranging, booking and monitoring compliance.
Arranging meetings, preparing agenda's & minute taking.
Supporting staff queries and support for the online HR Systems (training will be provided).
Supporting with reception duties as directed.
Support with Key Performance Indicator reports and data drilling, some via the use of SystmOne (training will be provided).
Lead communication within West Essex i.e., cascading local information to colleagues, service users & managers.
Support for recruitment, including processing DBS applications.
Maintain equipment logs.
Support with data cleansing.


A valid driving licence and use of a car is essential for this role.

This role is based in Spangles Family Hub, Stansted with the requirement to travel between bases within Harlow, Epping & Uttlesford areas.

The service, which is provided by HCRG Care Group in partnership with Barnardo's, ensures that families continue to have easy access to local services, with staff able to reach children and families in the community; whether in one of our Family Hubs or Delivery Sites, an Early Years Setting or School, or in a family's home. This flexible and innovative new way of working is about providing services without walls and ensuring those families who need support the most are easily reached.
