Summary
The applicant will be able to offer expert clinical opinion on a range of endocrine disorders and will be involved in teaching and training of junior staff, medical students and other healthcare professionals. Working on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus also offers unrivalled opportunity to collaborate with Cambridge University and other local research institutes and pharmaceutical companies, as the campus continues its rapid expansion and consolidates its position as one of Europes leading centres of biomedical research. The applicant will be particularly encouraged to contribute to or lead translational and clinical research using the excellent clinical research facilities allied to the Institute of Metabolic Science within the adjacent Cambridge Clinical Research Centre.
