An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Trust for a Teaching Assistant to be based at Boston Pioneers Academy. This role requires the successful candidate to work with individual children having special or particular needs, in accordance with the child’s Education Health and Care Plan where appropriate and\or groups of children as directed by the teacher.

Boston Pioneers Academy, Lincolnshire’s first Free School, opened in the town in September 2013 with an inspirational and creative approach to learning. It continues to encourage and enable all children towards the realisation of their own unique talents.

Applicants are required to hold a grade ‘4’ or equivalent in GCSE Maths and English.
