We are seeking a skilled Print Machine and Guillotine Operative to join our client’s dynamic team in Ferndown. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to work regular hours in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain print machinery, ensuring high-quality production.
• Set up and run guillotine equipment to achieve precise cutting and trimming.
• Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in line with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
• Proven experience operating print machinery and guillotine equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of print production processes and basic machine maintenance.
• A proactive approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a team.
