Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is currently looking to recruit, part time (29
hours per week) Lettings & Neighbourhoods Assistant, on a permanent basis based in
Workington with a salary of £24,440 - £26,725 per annum + benefits package (pro rata).
You don’t need to have experience of working in housing to apply for this role. If you believe

As a Lettings & Neighbourhoods Assistant, you would be part of a friendly, professional and
customer focused team. With some training you will assist in the delivery of an excellent service
across all aspects of lettings and tenancy management.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience and skills in an administrative role that
includes:
• Work effectively in a team
• Organisational skills and good time management
• Schedule appointments
• Good understanding of Microsoft packages
• Using a variety of electronic recording and monitoring systems
• Maintaining accurate and timely records
