Summary
The post holder will work under the supervision and direction of the ERoster & Temporary Staffing Manager to ensure and enable the delivery and effective utilisation of the Health Roster system. The post holder will support the ERoster & Temporary staffing team in system maintenance, planning and facilitating training and supporting day to day operations.

The post holder will be expected to:
-Support in maintaining and developing the E-Rostering utility across all services within the Trust. They will provide support in the use of the E-Rostering system to staff who use the system which will ensure that full benefits are realised.
-Carry out audits of the E-Rostering system ensuring that the system is used appropriately, audit information will be used to identify training need and offer support.
-Plan and support with delivery of effective rostering training.
-Act as a key contact for the E-Rostering system and other queries relating to the effective use of the system.
-Provide assistance and guidance to all staff using the Health Roster system to ensure the system is utilised to deliver fair, safe and efficient rotas.
