Summary
We are seeking a Soft Services Manager with experience in the multi service facilities management industry to join our team based in Hemel Hempstead.
Service lines include catering, cleaning, security and hard services (PPM)
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Oversee all site services
- Manage and be responsible for overall and efficient of the 14forty contract services to a high standard.
- Manage positive client relationships with regular contact to understand needs and requirements
- Responsible for recruitment, development and training for team members
- Manage budget and deliver value for money.
- Compile monthly finance reports.
- Previous experience in Multi service lines Soft FM - direct management of Catering and Cleaning essential
- Previous experience direct management of security and hard services (PPMs) ideal
- Non-frontline SIA licence ideal
