Summary
Allen Motor Group are currently looking to recruit a Semi Skilled Vehicle Technician to join our Ford dealership in Romford. Reporting to the Service Manager this position is offered on a full time 40 hour working contract paying £23,800, Monday – Friday, with Saturday hours paid as overtime and an OTE of £29,000.

Required Skills & Experience
We are looking for individuals who possess the following attributes & skills:
A full UK driving licence
Experience of inspection, repair and servicing motor vehicles
Fantastic verbal and written English skills
Previous experience working in a franchised dealership (preferred but not essential)
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Provide technical and diagnostic service ensuring customer satisfaction and productivity targets are met and exceeded
Maintain the highest level of technical knowledge and ensure compliance with manufacturer training
Uphold company and manufacturer quality standards
Ensure 100% compliance with vehicle health check processes
