We're hiring a Lettings Assistant!

We're looking for a friendly and organised Lettings Administrator to join our team at Firth Park Academy. This role will support the booking of school facilities.

You're someone who'll be able to:

  • Open and lock up the facilities.
  • Meet and greet lettings customers.
  • Cleaning the toilets and facilities after use.
  • Recording / Administration of last minute bookings.
  • Be flexible and able to cover at short notice.
  • Able to work evenings and weekends.

You're someone who has:

  • Enthusiasm for working in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience of working in an office environment.
  • Strong organisation skills.
