We're hiring a Lettings Assistant!
We're looking for a friendly and organised Lettings Administrator to join our team at Firth Park Academy. This role will support the booking of school facilities.
You're someone who'll be able to:
- Open and lock up the facilities.
- Meet and greet lettings customers.
- Cleaning the toilets and facilities after use.
- Recording / Administration of last minute bookings.
- Be flexible and able to cover at short notice.
- Able to work evenings and weekends.
You're someone who has:
- Enthusiasm for working in a customer-facing role.
- Experience of working in an office environment.
- Strong organisation skills.
