Please see the Job Description and Person Specification for further details, a summary is below: The post-holder will manage a team as a member of the STarS service delivering treatment options to service users The post-holder will manage and be responsible for a specialist function within the service The post holder will hold a small caseload clients. This may change depending on service demand. Be responsible for providing both formal and informal supervision to designated members of staff and general support to the team as a whole. To support the Operation Lead with specific tasks identified by the manager to promote effective service delivery. To assist with the recruitment of staff when required to do so. To accept referrals, assess need and make appropriate recommendations Be responsible for maintaining a small case load of complex clients as the key worker.
