Hampstead Site
An excellent opportunity has arisen for 7 consultants in Gynaecology to join us at the Royal Free Hospitals NHS Trust to address the increasing general gynaecology and cancer workload across all our sites.
The candidates is expected to have a broad range of skills in gynaecology but this post is looking specifically for a candidate with a particular special interest in menopause and family planning. We are also looking to appoint consultants with interest in minimally invasive gynaecological Endoscopic Surgery/Endometriosis, gynaecology oncology, urogynaecology and a generalist. There is currently no obstetrics or on-call component, but this is subject to change as the requirements in the department changes.
There will be regular weekend working up to 21 weekends a year (Saturday– further details from line managers). Whilst the main working site will be Royal Free Hospital – Hampstead site, there will be flexible cross site working to include Barnet General, Chase Farm, Edgware Community and Finchley memorial hospitals.
