• contract 45 hour - Overtime is very unusual
• Work - Life balance: 5 days per week, 3 evening shifts and 2 morning shifts (finish at 16.00).
• No split shifts , straight shifts only
• 1 weekend day off per week, or every other weekend off, upon discussion.
