Summary
Hours: 37.5 hours a week over Monday to Saturday 08:30 - 5.30pm
Hours are based over Monday to Saturday - Available to offer flexi time - Hours to meet the demands of the business.
Overtime will be required in peak periods.

Laundry Services Specialist
Responsible for managing, streamlining, and enhancing laundry operations to ensure high-quality services. This role combines operational expertise, and industry knowledge to maintain excellence in fabric care, team leadership, and business efficiency.
Key Tasks:
1. Managing the laundry loads receiving and processing dirty linen
2. Washing & Ironing
3. Logging all linen that comes in - record in our system for records and invoices
4. Managing the laundry process - making sure this is effective and efficient
5. Ensure all linen is processed in a timely manner and ready for when its required
6. Keeping on top of supplies - eg detergent/ softener etc
7. Training staff on machines and making sure all processes are followed
8. Promote a safe and positive work environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines.
9. Ensure a safe working practices - machines are used correctly
10. Closing down at the end of the day - all machine are turned off, cleaned down etc
11. Oversee the smooth management Laundry Services
12. Maintain the operation of the Laundry Services to the required standard
13. Ensure all laundry equipment is maintained and in good working condition, coordinating repairs when
needed.
14. Collaborate with the cleaning teams to promote best practices within the business
