Summary
Ideal Recruit is currently seeking an Operations Controller to join our team in Worksop. The ideal candidate will be reliable, flexible, and committed to ensuring the smooth running of operations.
Job Title: Operations Controller
Pay Rate: £12.49 per hour
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Candidates must be flexible as working hours may vary, with the latest finish being at 6:00 PM)
Location: Worksop, Rhodesia
Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Manage bookings of inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely processing.
• Liaise with staff and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and track progress of tasks and projects.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Handle any operational issues or challenges that may arise.
• Provide support to the team and assist in administrative tasks.
Required: Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
