Shift details - Monday to Wednesday 9pm to 6am, Thursday 7pm to 4am and Friday 3pm to 9pm

We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to work within the production areas on site to manage a cleaning team.
-You should be able and willing to develop your team and drive improvements, whilst maintaining excellent service standards for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning.
-You will ensure that the cleaning staff can follw and work to task schedules, whilst delivering excellent standards and by driving performance.
-You will monitor standard of cleanliness through routine audits. You'll deal with any issues efficiently and in a professional manner, referring to line manager where appropriate.
-You will have previous supervisory experience. Good communication skills are essential. We are looking for someone who is reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude and you'll be able use your own initiative to achieve results.
