Summary
You will be working alongside a Team Leader on new build developer sites providing a full range of grounds maintenance as required by the contracted works, ensuring all tasks completed are to specific requirements and finished to a high standard
Key Responsibilities:-
- Grass cutting (ride on and pedestrian)
- Strimming
- Pruning
- Weeding Shrub and Border Maintenance
- Hedge cutting
- Leaf and Litter picking
- Sweeping/cleansing
- Herbicide application
Travel to and from site locations provided
Requirements:
The ability to be able to work independently but also as part of a wider team.
Reliable, energetic and enthusiastic with a determined, flexible and "can-do" attitude. Good eye for detail. A full driving is license required.
