Summary
A great opportunity for an experienced Technical Analyst to join a large professional services organisation, at one of their main offices in Liverpool.
Role:
- Develop and maintain IT supplier relationships
- Support the Technical Services Manager with supplier management
- Liaise with IT suppliers to ensure SLAs are upheld
- Carry out service performance reporting
- Support IT leads with compliance and governance from a tech capacity
- Work with the product and transformation teams for reporting
- Monitor and report on the performance of IT services
Experience to succeed:
- Worked in a similar role previously
- A strong understanding of IT infrastructure and services
- Proficiency in contract management and financial analysis
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Demonstrable experience with supplier or vendor relationship management
