Exciting Opportunity: Band 7 Community Mental Health Acting Team Manager (any discipline) (3-Month Secondment)
We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to take on a 3 month secondment as a Band 7 Community Mental Health Acting Team Manager within one of our central Community Mental Health Teams (CMHTs), from mid January – mid April 2025.
This role offers a chance to lead a committed and skilled team in delivering mental health services in the community. As a Team Manager, you will have the opportunity to showcase your leadership, organisational, and compassionate care skills. You will play a vital role in supporting staff to deliver person-centred care while ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
