About the role:
You will play a crucial role in supporting our Technology Service Manager with technology suppliers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, and maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations. Your responsibilities will include:
Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key technology suppliers.
Outsourced Services Reporting: Manage and report on technology outsourced services.
Performance Monitoring: Support the monitoring of supplier performance against SLAs and KPIs.
Risk Reporting: Ensure risks are managed and updated in line with the framework.
Cost Management: Consolidate technology costs and manage PO and invoice processes.
Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
What we're looking for:
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in contract management and financial analysis.
Understanding of IT infrastructure and services.
Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
