Summary
The Medical Director will be accountable for the following: Advise the Senior Team and staff on all clinical matters Act as the Trust's Caldecott Guardia Act as the Trust's Controlled Drugs Accountable Officer Act as the Named Doctor for Safeguarding Develop and maintain effective relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to promote joint working. Ensures the Senior Team has an appropriate medicines management strategy that maximises cost effective prescribing.
