Summary

We are seeking an experienced insurance professional to drive growth in the UK Corporate Healthcare sector for a top 10 global insurance broker, with a focus on Medical Indemnity. This is a 100% remote role covering the UK, so a full UK driving licence and car are required, with a car allowance included.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing a strategy to secure new business, targeting a range of clients including hospitals, private clinics, care homes, pharmaceutical companies, and medical professionals. You’ll use your expertise in healthcare insurance to build strong relationships, delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. Additionally, you will guide Account Executives on service delivery and fee agreements, ensuring all client requirements are met to a high standard.

Leads will be generated through a combination of company-provided resources and your own efforts, including networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships. You will maintain an active new business pipeline, working closely with the leadership team to achieve your business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in healthcare insurance, particularly within Medical Indemnity or related areas. My client will also consider individuals looking to progress their careers, who have experience in a similar field within insurance. You should be results-driven, with a strong track record in business development and client management, and confident in managing the entire sales process. Strong organisational skills, proactive thinking, and the ability to foster long-term client relationships are essential.
