As the Assistant HR Business Partner, you will assist in driving HR initiatives, providing HR guidance, and supporting our commitment to developing a positive work environment. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with HR team members to ensure alignment with broader company objectives, addressing employee inquiries and concerns, and actively participating in the recruitment process to attract top talent. You will have the opportunity to work on various HR projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. Responsibilities
Assist in implementing HR initiatives and programs to drive business objectives.
Support the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews.
Provide guidance on employee relations issues and assist in conflict resolution.
Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.
Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting and employee evaluations.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and suggest improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR or related administrative roles.
Strong understanding of HR principles and employment law.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
