Details are contained in the JD and person specification and include: Supporting the wider project team and AHP Council to build and preserve trusted stakeholder relationships and networks of influence among external, senior stakeholders to support the promotion of local and national workforce, training and education agenda. Engagement with and working in collaboration with the project team and other relevant stakeholders in clinical and strategic positions to develop a sustainable strategy that supports the growth of the AHPworkforce across the Coventry and Warwickshire ICS, sharing best practice for AHP workforce models Working in collaboration with existing networks and teams to review, interpret and make recommendations as to what additional structures are required within organisations and at a system level to help develop the AHP workforce. Leading programmes of work, including the AHP Preceptorship and Clinical Educator Development Framework, within the project to ensure objectives are achieved and actions taken to ensure a successful delivery of the outcomes, using sound decision making, analysis and judgement inrelation to these. Identifying areas for policy development and implementation specific to AHP workforce programmeswhich will have positive outcomes for workforce and patients. Identifying and reporting any project related risks to the AHP council, utilising the appropriate reporting mechanisms, co-operating with those with designated responsibility in the investigation andmanagement of identified risks. Supporting and driving AHP workforce and educational development opportunities, overseeing the delivery of robust workforce and educational pathways for all Trust staff both clinical and non-clinical. Reviewing and utilising themes and trends from workforce, research, development and education performance metrics, university and student feedback to inform the AHP objectives and education strategy. Representing Coventry and Warwickshire AHPs at local, national and international events if required including presentations and delivery of reports Provide training and education around specific workforce, training and education areas for AHPs and other key stakeholders across the Coventry and Warwickshire ICS.
