Your Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll be integral to our educational mission. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging educational activities
- Assisting in student supervision to ensure a safe learning environment
- Providing both individual and group support to students as directed
- Contributing to the creation and maintenance of learning resources
- Collaborating with teachers to monitor and track student progress

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in different school environments
- A genuine passion for supporting student's educational development
