Summary
The supervisor's duties include managing and overseeing a group of retail associates, giving direction to meet sales goals, and making sure the store maintains proper standards for organisation, cleanliness, and appearance. To ensure seamless operations, they uphold business regulations and provide workers with great customer service and product expertise training.
To increase product awareness and sales, the supervisor also develops and implements merchandising strategies. They keep an eye on stock, do routine inspections, and place orders for replacements as needed. Part of their duties also includes promptly and competently handling consumer complaints, questions, and returns.
In order to improve performance and accomplish goals, they also examine sales trends and put strategies into action. They create and carry out promotional campaigns and events in conjunction with the shop manager.
