Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to support organizational goals.
Create and manage engaging content for internal and external communications across various platforms.
Coordinate and produce newsletters, press releases, and other written materials.
Manage social media accounts and engage with audiences to enhance the organization’s online presence.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding in all communications.
Monitor and analyze communication efforts, providing recommendations for improvements.
Assist in organizing and promoting events, ensuring effective communication and outreach efforts.,
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Proven experience in communications or public relations, preferably in a similar role.
Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in digital communication tools, social media, and content management systems.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for engaging content.
