Summary
- £32,823 Per Annum
- 40 hours per week
- 5 Days Per Week
- Previous Retail Management experience beneficial
- To be responsible for the overall efficient and effective management of the contract to ensure great quality, consistent food and beverage services across all areas
- To maintain positive client relationships ensuring H&S Policies are adhered to at all times. Eg COSHH, PPE, Fire Regs.
- Responsible for the Cleanliness and safety of all displays & areas
- To be responsible for the management, recruitment, development and training of team members
- To ensure the contract is fully compliant with company policies and procedures
- To deliver on the agreed financial budget and run commercially in line with net income and cost targets
- Proven multi outlet Management experience within Retail sector
- Great Communication skills
- Good understanding and passion of Retail trends
- The ability to build and lead an effective team
- Standards and quality driven management style
- Results orientated and motivated to achieve measurable results
- Sound knowledge of Food Hygiene & Health and Safety
- Motivated by a passion for quality, targets and great service delivery and proven at driving unit P Bit.
- Financial and commercial acumen
- Computer literate
