About the Role:

You will:

  • Develop new business by proactively reaching out to potential and existing clients to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Source and place candidates into temporary roles, building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
  • Grow your personal brand online and work towards meeting targets in a dynamic, results-focused environment.
Who We're Looking For:
  • Full UK Driving License (essential).
  • Experienced Recruitment Consultant in temporary or permanent recruitment with a proven billing history.
  • A strong background in sales and customer service, with a drive to succeed.
  • Motivated, with excellent communication skills, and a hunger to learn.
