Summary

Facilities Helpdesk Coordinator Location: Deeside Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 (salary increase annually) + £200 on call allowance a month Hours: Monday - Friday 9-5 in office (on call once a month/ every 4/5 weeks)


A Facilities Management service provider offering a range of property management solutions in including the care sector, residential properties, student accommodation etc, delivering planned and reactive maintenance services and repairs. They are looking to bring on a Facilities Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join the facilities helpdesk team.
Your role:

  • Liaising with clients' enquiries for repairs and reactive maintenance via CAFM systems.
  • Using CAFM systems.
  • Scheduling of planned maintenance.
  • Manage contractors via CAFM and phone.
  • Regularly holding meetings with directors and clients.
