Part-Time Housekeeper Wanted
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to assist with the upkeep of a one-bedroom flat, laundry, and meal preparation for a disabled gentleman. This part-time role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and takes pride in creating a clean and organised living space. You will be working closely with the Personal Assistants in order to give the best support to Niall.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a thorough cleaning of all areas of a one-bedroom flat, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitising all areas and tidying up.
- Provide decluttering assistance to transform a busy space into a calm and organised environment, enhancing the overall comfort and accessibility.
- Manage laundry duties, including changing bedding, washing, drying, and organising clothing and linens.
- Prepare nutritious meals for the week, considering any dietary restrictions or preferences, and store them safely.
- Occasionally assist with grocery shopping and other errands if required.
- Provide companionship and support to enhance the quality of life of the individual being cared for.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role beneficial, with references.
- Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Compassionate nature, with a genuine desire to assist others.
- Good communication skills and a respectful approach to privacy.
- Flexibility to work additional hours if required.
