Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Occupational Health Advisor to join our HR team. As an in-house expert, you will be responsible for promoting wellbeing and providing professional occupational health advice and support to employees, managers and colleagues in HR.

You must be a registered nurse with an appropriate Occupational Health qualification and evidence of continual professional development. To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent time management skills, be comfortable managing complex situations and have good levels of digital literacy.

You will be passionate about health and wellbeing, enjoy building strong relationships with colleagues, and possess a positive, encouraging, and people focussed approach.

The HR department is based on Headingley campus, and you will have the opportunity to work remotely as well as attending campus when required for clinical and meeting purposes. We can be flexible about working hours and patterns although a minimum of 3 days (22 hours) will be needed for this role.
