Summary
Trainee/Hoist & Common Tower Installers : Assisting in the preparation, installation and dismantling of temporary construction hoists and associated common towers .
Undertake all works involved with hoists, common tower and stairs with regards to preparation, installation, maintenance and dismantle tasks.
Work safely at height.
Ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
Complete installations and dismantles working within method statement.
Complete relevant paperwork accurately and submit to the office / Contracts Manager.
Keep service vehicles clean inside and out at all times.
Wear and maintain provided PPE at all times.
Work in the yard preparing hoists and common towers and keep the yard clean and tidy at all times.
Keep a written log of installations and dismantles to help working towards future qualifications.
Maintain professional interaction with staff, customers.
Take care of products and premises onsite and in the yard.
Available to travel to the office / site, stay away .
