Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
Endon High School are looking for a dynamic and driven admin professional to oversee and manage the day-to-day administration and operations of our school. Your role will be key in ensuring that our school runs efficiently and that every operational aspect supports our educational excellence. You will be coordinating School Operations: Oversee and streamline all aspects of school administration, ensuring the smooth functioning of key departments.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Proven experience in a management or senior administrative role.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders, including staff, students, and external providers.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to enforce compliance.
• Strong IT skills with the ability to manage ICT systems and services.
