Summary
Sherwood Forest Hospitals is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Senior Payroll and Pensions Officer. If you are passionate about providing top-notch payroll and pension services, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate an efficient and accurate Payroll and Pension service for employees.
• Provide comprehensive superannuation administration and advisory service to all employees of the Trust.
• Prepare and manage a section of payroll, assisting the supervisor as needed.
• Monitor and advise on performance measures to control the Trust’s financial position.
• Report the financial position to the Board of Directors and Foundation Trust Regulators, Monitor.
• Operate and develop the Budgeting system: Management Budgeting.
• Provide top-quality Financial Services.
• Prepare statutory returns, including Annual Accounts and Reference Costs.
• Offer high-quality financial and business advice to Divisions, Service Directors, Budget Managers, and the Trust as a whole.
• Operate and develop the Service Line Reporting System
