Job Title: Cleaner - New Build houses
Responsibilities:
- Clean new build houses (build clean, re-clean, sparkle)
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including fixtures and sanitaryware
- Vacuum, sweep and mop floors
- Empty bin receptacles and replace liners
- Detape & clean windows and fascias
- Follow cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure a safe and sanitary environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cleaning services preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and clients
- CSCS card is required, minimum green card.
