Summary
Compliance Coordinator
Location: Euston (Hybrid)
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
We are seeking a Compliance Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our compliance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Introducing, monitoring and maintaining Policies and Procedures
- Assisting with the monitoring and auctioning of GDPR policies and requests
- Assist branch co-ordinators with general AML queries
- Conducting and reporting on Right to Rent Audits, with Compliance officer
- Maintaining awareness of relevant legislation and ensure processes satisfy these requirements
- Conducting monthly audits of material information and compiling reports to share with the Compliance officer and Head of compliance
- Maintaining the complaints log & formal complaints register
- Undertake occasional Ad Hoc admin task, Policy & Process, Projects as agreed, to support the Compliance team
Desired Skills
- Enjoy making a positive contribution to office life independently and as part of the team
- Ideally have previous knowledge within AML and compliance
- Must thrive on working at and delivering consistently high standards under pressure
- If preferable to have Knowledge of the sales industry legislation, including AML Regulations, NAEA Guidance and TPO Code of Practice
