Summary
Intensive Housing Management Worker - Colchester
- Hourly Rate: £13.50 PAYE / £17.50 Umbrella
- Hours: 40 hrs/week (Mon-Fri, 9 AM-5 PM, incl. 5 paid lunch hours)
- Location: Colchester, Essex
- Requirements: Enhanced Adult DBS, valid driving license, own vehicle, business insurance
Role Overview:
Manage properties and tenancies for single homeless individuals, providing housing support, conducting assessments, and ensuring safe, well-maintained living spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support tenants with housing claims and tenancy management
- Maintain property standards and manage repairs
- Maximise rent collection and handle arrears
- Build positive relationships with the community and stakeholders
