Summary
As Food & Beverage Assistant you will be responsible for serving food and assisting with catering duties at the hotels and events. The F&B Assistant duties include greeting and serving customers, providing detailed information on menus and multi-tasking various front-of-the-house.
Duties of casual waiting staff:
Serving food and alcoholic beverages such as champagne/wine
Table event set up/Table event clearance
Be able to work in busy dinners of 100-300 people as there can be large events.
Conference events set up
Polishing glasses/cutlery
Following supervisors requests at work at all times
Ideal candidate:
Previous experience preferred but not essential
Customer service skills
Smart dress code
Needs to be okay with serving alcohol ( age 18+)
Own transport preferred but not essential
