What will you be doing?
- Supervise all relevant team members, frontline operations, weighbridge, mobile plant and processing equipment, waste operations and transfer and storage procedures
- Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained at all times and that the sites are compliant with Environmental Legislation and the environmental permits at all times
- Organise the day-to-day operations on the site
- Oversee the processes of receiving, transferring and storing of all wastes in line with the environmental permits.
- Operate and maintain plant, equipment and mobile plant
What are we looking for?
- Previous operational supervisory experience is essential
- Operational knowledge including vehicle, plant and equipment maintenance
- IOSH Managing Safely
- Waste management experience
- Health and safety legislation knowledge
