Summary

Are you a highly motivated, autonomous, and organised individual, looking for a new challenge in a global organisation?

We are looking for a Compliance Coordinator to join our Audit Delivery team here at NSF. In this varied role you will utilise your communication, organisational, and IT skills to assist our Audit Delivery Managers, Assessor Team, and external Agricultural clients, ensuring compliance across the division.

Principal accountabilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Setting up, or removing assessors’ profiles on our internal system ‘GRIP’
• Managing assessor updates on GRIP, uploading qualifications/documents on GRIP and managing notifications
• Ensuring the Competency Matrix for on/off boarding assessors is kept up to date
• Liaising with stakeholders to ensure witness audits are scheduled
• Monitoring the Audit Delivery email inbox
• Assisting in facilitating annual assessor meetings
• Booking travel for team members using NSF approved travel agents
• Being a point of contact for assessors and aiding with password resets and IT helpdesk tickets
• Keeping trackers up to date (UKAS, Red Tractor )
• Attending internal audits, providing relevant information and completing any follow up with stakeholders to close out non-conformances
• Supporting the Audit Delivery managers in collecting annual information from assessors and uploading onto GRIP and other administrative support
• Support in enhancing and streamlining existing processes

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous administrative experience
• GCSE Math & English
• The ability to communicate with and engage with both internal colleagues and external customers in a confident and patient manner whilst ensuring understanding
• Enthusiastic and energetic with a keen eye for detail and a passion to improve standards
• Able to manage own time, plan in work and organise to meet deadlines
• Confident IT skills
• Demonstrate a flexible approach

You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external, such as our Audit Delivery Managers, Assessor Team, and Agricultural clients. You will be receive full training and support for the role, so no previous experience in this industry is required.

This role also offers the flexibility for you to split your time between working in the office based in Long Hanborough, and working from home.
