As a Enforcement Policy Manager you will provide leadership to either a specific enforcement service or number of products which enable the delivery of the enforcement service – having end-to-end responsibility for all aspects of those products, whomever they are delivered by, and driving continual improvement and transformation of them.

The post holder will do this by fully understanding the customer/end-user requirements along with the policy, legislation and regulations governing the product to enable the delivery of an effective, efficient and enviable service.

The role is part of a wider policy team and enforcement service, which will include internal, and where relevant, external partners. The post holder will therefore provide advice and influence stakeholders during decision and policy-making processes.
