We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Behaviour Teaching Assistants to join a specialist setting near Southampton, Hampshire.

This role involves supporting pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and provides a rewarding opportunity to help young learners overcome challenges and achieve their potential.

You will be joining a fantastic team within an Ofsted-rated 'Good' Alternative Provision, working with pupils from KS1 to KS4 who have been excluded or are at risk of exclusion.

The focus of this role is on removing barriers to learning, fostering positive relationships, and equipping students with the skills they need for a successful future.

What We're Looking For
- Experience in teaching or supporting within the SEN sector (preferred, but not essential for candidates with the right attitude and commitment).
- Previous experience working with challenging behaviour is advantageous.
- A passion for supporting children with SEMH.
- Proactive and willing to actively participate in classroom activities.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and positive about working with SEN students.
- Hold Level 3 qualifications.

Requirements
- Right to work in the UK.
- Enhanced DBS certificate registered with the online update service (or willingness to apply for one).
- Two professional references related to working with children.
