Summary
Our client, an ever-growing agency are currently seeking a Regional Property Manager to lead their Lettings Division of my clients highly succesful estate agency in Norwich. The role will involve listing properties to the market, some Property Management, and working closely with the team to ensure the smooth running of the department.
This is a very exciting role for someone to grow within the business and have full support from the Director.
In return, our client can offer the successful Regional Property Manager
Up to £30,000 basic salary DOE
£60,000 PLUS OTE
Full support from the Director
To be considered for the Regional Property Manager role you must have:
Experience in Lettings industry
Strong listing skills
Good knowledge of Lettings Legislation
Ability to carry out Property Management
As a Regional Property Manager, your role will involve:
Attending Valuations and closing for Lettings instructions
Dealing with Property Management issues
Ability to drive the Lettings business forward
Managing the Lettings Team
