Summary
The post holder is primarily responsible for providing psychological assessment and therapeutic interventions for CYP who are cared for and at risk of hospital admission and placement breakdown. The post holder will work closely with colleagues in health and social care to ensure multi-agency working with shared formulations, care and risk planning with the CYP's needs at the centre of all the plans which are developed collaboratively with CYP and their carers. The post holder will contribute to the supervision and development of other staff. The post holder will work within the policies, procedures and guidelines of the for Greater Manchester Mental Health Foundation Trust The post holder will plan and organise their work schedule and tasks within the parameters of the Job Plan agreed with the Operational Manager.
