We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Integration Specialist for a future role. This position focuses on designing, developing, and managing seamless integration solutions for Dynamics 365 using Azure Integration Services (AIS), Logic Apps, Power Platform, Dataverse, and other advanced tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and manage Dynamics 365 integration solutions, working across Azure Logic Apps, SSIS, Azure Functions, and Azure Integration Services (AIS) to ensure seamless data flow and automation.
Build and configure integrations using Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse, providing data consistency across applications.
Develop custom integrations and manage data workflows using Microsoft SQL Server, KingswaySoft, and Scribe to connect Dynamics 365 with other business applications.
Implement and maintain integrations using the Dynamics 365 Web API and other RESTful APIs to ensure real-time data transfer between systems.
Set up and manage Azure Service Bus for messaging and event-driven architecture to support Dynamics 365 integrations.
Build custom connectors and integrations with API, JSON, and XML to ensure data interoperability and streamlined workflows.
Utilize Dual Write functionality to synchronize data between Dataverse and Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, ensuring accurate and real-time data sharing.
Configure and manage MuleSoft integrations as needed to expand connectivity between on-premise and cloud systems.
Oversee the end-to-end integration life cycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to testing, deployment, and documentation.
Ensure data integrity and security across all integrations, establishing best practices for handling sensitive information and data transfers.
Work with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements, troubleshoot issues, and optimize data flow between Dynamics 365 and other business platforms.
Maintain documentation for all integration processes, configurations, and solutions, providing clear guidance for troubleshooting and system updates.
Required skills and experience:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Proven experience with Dynamics 365 integration and Microsoft Azure Integration Services (AIS), including Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
Strong knowledge of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and Microsoft SQL Server for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Dataverse for data integration.
Proficiency with Scribe and KingswaySoft for connecting Dynamics 365 with other systems.
In-depth understanding of Dynamics 365 Web API, Service Bus, and API development and management.
Strong skills in JSON, XML, and API design for custom integration solutions.
Experience with Dual Write for Dynamics 365 data synchronization and Microsoft Dataverse.
Familiarity with MuleSoft for building and managing enterprise integrations.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
