Are you a compassionate and dedicated Health Care Assistant looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive health care environment?
We invite applications from candidates with prior experience in the UK healthcare sector, who possess a strong commitment to patient care and a passion for enhancing the quality of life for those in need.
In this role, you will assist nursing staff in delivering high-quality care and support to patients with diverse health needs. Key responsibilities include helping with daily living activities, monitoring patients’ conditions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a safe and clean environment. Recognised for your excellent interpersonal skills, you’ll build lasting relationships with both patients and their families and work collaboratively alongside your healthcare team. The role is primarily based within the local area but we are looking for staff with the ability to also cover locally within Greater Manchester where required.
A successful candidate will have at least 12 months prior experience in a similar role within the UK health care system, understanding the standards and regulations that guide best practices. Strong communication skills, empathy, and a professional attitude are essential, as well as the ability to respond effectively to the changing needs of patients and the health care team. We are looking for confident, dedicated individuals who thrive in new environments.
