Key Requirements:

The successful People analytics specialist needs to be a deep-dive expert in data, data systems and how to use data science to create models and conduct complex data analysis.
Abe able to interpret data to inform strategic and operational decision-making across the employee lifecycle.
With a structured, methodical approach, we would expect a people analytics specialist to use analytical consulting methods to address challenges and shape solutions, employing both qualitative and quantitative methods.



Reporting into our Business Support and Peoples Services Manager, the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent analytical skills being able to decipher information from various systems and be able to communicate this information to the wider team.

Acting as a conduit between our systems teams and business support they be able to provide clear and relatable analytical reports to various stakeholder within the organisation.



Key Responsibilities:

Use business intelligence tools to explore and organise people data.
Build complex databases of people data.
Conduct complex data analysis, and identify patterns and trends in people data.
Create data visualisations and use storytelling techniques to inform decision-Making on people issues.
Conduct research design using quantitative and qualitative methods
Work with stakeholders to develop questions and hypotheses to provide insight into people issues.
Create data models.
Be a problem solver, who would conduct research design and data analysis along with other forms of evidence to enable effective decision making.
We would expect you to employ storytelling techniques using data visualisations such as dashboards to help stakeholders get to the bottom of issues.
