What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and staff management.
Training and mentoring team members to ensure excellent service.
Managing rotas, stock levels, and supplier relationships.
Handling customer queries and resolving issues promptly.
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
