Summary
Job Plan Normal working day 8.30am 11:30am 12 x 15 minute appointments These are a mix of telephone and F2F, patients are able to choose the appointment type after discussion with our care navigators After morning surgery we meet for coffee every morning for a chat including any clinical problems that you may want to discuss. 11.30am -2pm Time for Admin, Visits, Lunch and Education Our visiting numbers are very low and these are shared out, usually 1 to 2 visits and a maximum of 3 visits (rarely). 2.00pm 5pm/ 2:30-5.30pm 12 x 15 minute appointments These are a mix of telephone and F2F, patients are able to choose the appointment type after discussion with our care navigators Contracted sessions Mondays and Tuesdays AM and PM (4 x sessions in total) Duty Doctor Session on call 1.30pm 6.30pm. A share of on call/duty doctor shifts will be required and you will be informed in advance Admin time: You will be required to attend medicines management after morning surgery to complete the below tasks: Medicines Management- own list Share of repeat prescriptions Referrals Tasks Docman Home Visits
