Summary

Part time Manager for domiciliary care agency inLondon

Responsibilities:
• Deputise for the registered manager to manage the day to day running of the business.
•Allocate resources and monitor performance to deliver high quality home care to customers within budget.
•Responsible for the safe delivery of the service in line with legislative requirements and company policy and procedures
• Develop and maintain a high-quality service level
• Develop effective working relationships with the care team ie: local authorities, 3rd parties, and CQC.
• Report and action service improvements when identified
• To always ensure the service delivery is person centred and evidenced in the support plans, rotas, staff and service meetings, induction, training and culture of the service.
• Care plans, risk assessments, supervisions and appraisals completed in an effective and timely manner.
• Ensure necessary records are complete, accurate and legible, and available to authorised persons when required.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure health and safety compliance.
• To ensure clear understanding of MCA and DoLS.

Requirements:
• Level 3/4/5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care or in training
• 2+ years of experience in a home care management role (not Supported and Domiciliary).
• A strong understanding of local and national regulations governing home care agencies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, marketing, and leadership skills.
• Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures.
